GETO New Material (SZ 300986) is the first A-share listed company in China's green formwork and scaffolding industry and a leading enterprise in the sector. It is also among the few companies in the prefabricated and modular building industry that integrates R&D, manufacturing, and solutions for both PC and steel structure product systems.

The company focuses on green formwork and scaffolding systems, prefabricated building, and modular building, while extending into related new energy and new materials businesses. It is a digitalized, integrated enterprise covering product R&D, design, production, rental and sales, and full-cycle services.

Its green formwork and scaffolding portfolio includes aluminium formwork, steel formwork, steel-framed timber formwork, climbing systems (self-climbing platform, climbing formwork, protection screen), and fair-faced concrete formwork and scaffolding, as well as infrastructure formwork solutions for bridges, tunnels, utility, metros, airports, and water conservancy projects. By promoting "aluminium/steel instead of timber," the company supports safer, more efficient, low-carbon and eco-friendly construction and drives the industry's green transition.

In prefabricated building, the company provides PC structures, steel structures, and modular buildings (PC and steel series). Modular building applies standardized design, factory prefabrication, on-site assembly, and digital management to deliver high-quality buildings and align with international benchmarks. It enables full-lifecycle control, quality traceability, and significantly higher construction efficiency and building performance.

The company has led and participated in the drafting of multiple national and industry standards. It currently holds more than 300 patents and has received numerous domestic and international honors and certifications, including "Single Product Champion," "Famous Brand Product," "Green Building Materials Product," and "Green Factory Certification." It has independently developed industrialized design software, a full-process ERP management system, advanced intelligent equipment, and automated production lines, establishing a digital factory operation system that integrates smart design, intelligent manufacturing, and big data–driven decision-making. The company has also obtained the L8 Digital Transformation Certification. At the same time, it has built core modules such as integrated business–finance management and operational risk control, and developed a BI-driven digital management cockpit that supports efficient enterprise decision-making.
